On our first class, Chef Naim has been substitute by Chef Azni maybe because Chef Naim have some important business that he needs to do. There is not much we do. We have been brief about the assessment of this subject and Chef Azni also give us our first assignment where we need to finds 50 tools and equipment that is used in pastry kitchen. 
Below is the assessment that we have been told.
